SNAVVI Partner Policy

1. Purpose

This Partner Policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and expectations for individuals or organizations (“Partners”) engaging with Snavvi (“we”, “us”, or “our”) in any official capacity. Our goal is to build transparent, ethical, and mutually beneficial relationships that support our mission to deliver accessible, innovative, and high-quality solutions to our community.

2. Eligibility

  • Operate a legitimate business or service.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Share Snavvi’s commitment to ethical business practices, customer satisfaction, and innovation.
  • We reserve the right to review, approve, or decline any partnership application at our sole discretion.

3. Partner Responsibilities

  • Accurately represent themselves, their services, and any affiliations with Snavvi.
  • Maintain professional conduct in all interactions related to Snavvi.
  • Protect any confidential or proprietary information shared by Snavvi.
  • Follow Snavvi’s brand guidelines and usage policies for trademarks, logos, or content.

4. Snavvi Commitments

  • Provide relevant support, materials, or resources necessary for the success of the partnership.
  • Maintain open and honest communication with partners.
  • Uphold data privacy and confidentiality in line with applicable regulations.

5. Use of Branding and Intellectual Property

Partners may only use Snavvi’s name, logo, or brand assets with written permission and in accordance with our Brand Usage Guidelines. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of the partnership.

6. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared between Snavvi and the Partner must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice. Grounds for immediate termination by Snavvi include:

  • Breach of this policy.
  • Misrepresentation of the Snavvi brand.
  • Engaging in unethical or illegal conduct.

Upon termination, all rights to use Snavvi branding and access partner resources will be revoked.

8. Liability and Indemnity

Partners act independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Snavvi. Snavvi is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from partner actions. Partners agree to indemnify and hold Snavvi harmless from any claims or liabilities related to their conduct or services.

9. Policy Updates

Snavvi reserves the right to update this Partner Policy at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
